- Born in Fukushima City in 1955
- At the age of 2 years and 10 months, he began training in perfect pitch under a Canadian music teacher. He then began studying violin using the Suzuki Method at the age of 4. As a result, he developed relative pitch.
- With the slogan “Digital Wabi-Sabi,” he encountered the EWI4000S at the age of 57 years and 6 months and began practicing.
- He strives to be a melody maker who transcends genres, from jazz fusion to enka and children’s songs, and is currently active.
- Awards: In 2010, won the Grand Prix for the theme song of the “Rainbow Bridge Magokoro Concert” (sponsored by the Japan Music Business Association) with “Miracle Star.”
- Note: Jin Soda is a pseudonym of writer and composer Yoshimitsu Takuki, used primarily as the composer’s name for songs written since 2010 and as his name when performing on the EWI.
